Returns & Exchanges

At EasyPhones, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery in its original condition.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your EasyPhones account and select the 'Return Request' option next to your order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Device

  Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and disable any activation locks, then place the phone in its original packaging with all included accessories.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Ship and Receive Refund

  Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location; once we inspect the device at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
